Are you passionate about designing transformative experiences for patients? Our growing patient experience team is looking for a data curious, insight driven leader to lead Patient Engagement Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaigns

As a Sr. Analyst, Salesforce Marketing Campaigns, you will manage the technical design and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to deliver personalized experiences while driving business results. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, email and SMS campaign deployment, and interaction studio. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign execution, data analysis, and agile frameworks will be crucial in driving engagement, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring efficient and personalized campaign to our patients and care partners.

Here's what you can expect as a Salesforce Marketing Campaign Deployment Sr. Manager at DaVita:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Managing our Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud platform, administrating, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and patient journeys.

  • Set up and execute campaigns, including email, SMS, auto dialers, etc. to DaVita patients.

  • Manage the administration and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring appropriate user access and

  • successful email deliveries.

  • Optimize email campaigns and ad hoc communications using A/B testing, analysis, and other tools to increase click-through rates.

  • Apply agile frameworks to campaign development and deployment, enabling flexibility, rapid iterations, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, including automated data syncs, ad-hoc imports, and data extensions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns, emails, nurture/reactivation programs, and customer success communications.

  • Ensure email and nurture programs (Journey Builder) adhere to industry best practices, deliverability standards, personalization, and mobile rendering.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, leveraging patient segmentation, automation, and personalization techniques.

  • Report on campaign results, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to the Product organization.

  • Maintain and organize lists and assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for easy customization and use in email campaigns.

  • Enhance, optimize, and document marketing automation processes to scale execution, reporting, and testing practices effectively.

  • Campaign requirements and data discovery to enable use cases

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification is preferred).

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS; ability to create and code

  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud, SMS, and email campaigns

  • Proficient in data platforms, specifically CDPs, CRM, MDM, channel communication delivery tools, material delivery, campaign management strategy, and communication fulfillment platforms.

  • Knowledgeable about B2C marketing automation and operations best practices.

  • Experience working within an agile framework, enabling iterative campaign development and deployment.

  • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple lines of business

  • Experience in using data to derive insights, produce regular reporting, and perform A/B testing

  • Experience with Agile framework is preferred

  • Can interpret and translate metrics into insightful analysis to drive changes for future campaign design.

  • Attracts, develops, and retains talent within their lane. Salesforce data cloud and Marketing cloud certifications

Travel: Variable but usually minimal (determined by project needs to be in a specific location for successful delivery)

Nights/Weekends: Variable but usually minimal (determined by project needs for go-live outside of core business hours)

  • Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred ; experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00 - $83,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
