Sr Analyst Revenue Management

Job Purpose/Summary:

This position is responsible for executing Food Service Prepared Foods trade reporting as well as assisting in testing trade software and monitoring data for opportunities to improve data quality. This includes reporting aspects from FORGE as well as other applications. This position is responsible for working with various areas in revenue management as well as sales to execute analytic reporting needs to aid in trade/pricing strategy, delivering volume goals and net revenue targets. This position will provide customer P&L's, execute trade analytics, collaborate with cross functional teams to provide pricing insights, support AOP volume planning and provide ad hoc business analysis relating to key accounts. This position will be an expert in Power BI and support the team in using the tool to disseminate information

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop reporting for Revenue Management team and assist manager in holding teams accountable to hurdles and guardrails

• Continuous improvement of trade tool including testing of enhancements and identified issues

• Assist manager in training others in capabilities and functionality of the trade system

• Utilize Forge system to gather and organize data to support new strategic processes

• Support customer P&L analysis through data accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree required. Accounting or Finance degree is preferred

• Experience: 3 - 5 years + experience in finance, revenue, pricing or trade management is preferred

• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI and Power Apps, SAP, Blacksmith preferred

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Special Skills: Knowledge of foodservice and/or CPG industry is preferred; trade, pricing, and revenue management experience strongly preferred. Financial acumen; general business management skills are helpful

• Supervisory: No direct reports

• Travel: limited travel required, maybe 1 - 2 trips per year
