Reporting to the Regional Senior Finance Manager, the Sr. Analyst, Regional Finance will assist in the overall financial support of the East region to identify opportunities for increased profitability and provide timely information in supporting quick and accurate decision making.
What you will do:
Provide monthly analysis, commentaries, and financial packages for Regional Administration and the Finance department
Provide accurate, timely, and reliable financial reports to Regional, Divisional, Branch and Corporate administration as assigned
Provide financial and business analysis to support key strategic goals
Assist Regional, Divisional, and Branch managers in analyzing their business to improve operating and financial performance
Assist with the preparation of budgets, strategic plans, quarterly presentations, forecasts, and monthly business narratives
Participate in monthly financial close, working with business managers and operational accounting departments as necessary
Work closely with regional administration and support to identify opportunities for increased profitability
Contribute to the integration of legacy companies
Contribute to the identification and analysis of Merger and Acquisition candidates
Lead financial training sessions with Regional, Divisional, and Branch staff
Keep abreast of current trends and practices in the industry and field of expertise
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
What you will bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
6-8 years of related experience in financial analysis
Demonstrated leadership skills are a plus
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Strong analytical skills are preferred
Highly detail oriented
Self-Motivated
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with accounting is a plus
Deep integrity and business ethics
Ability to lead by example and work well independently and within a team
Commitment to sustaining our safe and positive work environment while having the ability to embrace working side by side others in a diverse culture
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,400 - $124,300. This range is estimated for Sr Analyst, Retail, Regional Finance for Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
