As part of TSG, the TSG Production Services team

Maintains a secure and stable production environment for the Bank and Clients around the globe (including Database Network, Messaging, Voice and Video technology.)
Monitors the Cyber Technology Operations Center (CTOC) 24x7x365 for real-time observation of the technology estate.

The Role

As a Production Services Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible but not limited to:

Fields calls and respond to alerts. Addresses technical problems by following defined procedures.
Monitors applications and respond to incidents.
Perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents.
Follows defined procedures for incident resolution.
Escalate to second level application or infrastructure support for new or high priority incidents.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required

0-3 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus

The role will cover incident management and reporting, production access and control, change management, disaster recovery and the day-to-day start of business readiness. The successful candidate will work with the Head of EMEA Markets Technology and EMEA Head of Production Services to industrialise the production environment and processes around it.
