Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst, Pricing will support the efforts to provide subject matter expertise, project management, and analytical support to the development and execution of Pricing Strategies. The Sr. Analyst will perform analysis of data, build presentations, and will solve business questions using their insights, analytics, and judgement. The Sr. Analyst will work with cross functional partners, including marketing, ops, strategy and others to ensure end to end thinking on strategy and execution. The Sr. Analyst will also routinely have high the opportunity to present on high visibility projects to leadership audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
50% Design, implement and measure pricing actions to understand the trade-off between units, sales and gross margin. Utilize learnings to help merchants reach financial objectives 20% Conduct research to become subject matter expert on a specific segment of pricing and statistical analysis 10% Work with external vendors (Mastercard Test & Learn) to provide expert analytical support 20% Develop and deliver influential presentations that summarize complex analyses and drive effective business decisions

Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications:
Masters/MBA degree in Statistics, Finance or other quantitative subject Strong proficiency with SQL and Tableau Understanding of pricing and statistics Innate intellectual curiosity
