The Senior Analyst - Portfolio Asset Profitability assists with the analysis, modeling, and reporting on asset remarketing activities that impact asset pricing, profitability, cash flow projections and remarketing solutions. This team member conducts complex analysis, modeling and reporting. This team member is also responsible for constructing recommendations and communicating results to management and other constituents. This position will interact with many other departments in the interest of achieving the overall company objectives. Responsibilities include supporting profitability analysis for remarketing sales operations, inventory management and strategic planning.



  • Duties include developing and supporting complex models, analysis, and reporting related to remarketing pricing and cash flow projections

  • Ad hoc research projects incorporating project design, data collection and analysis, summarization of findings

  • Support recommendations for operational policies and procedures; ensure team compliance with such policies and procedures

  • Provide analytical support for auction optimization and related operational metrics

  • Aid with the evaluation of Remarketing Solutions programs for GM Financial off-lease vehicles and GM Certified Pre-Owned programs as it pertains to corporate profitability

  • Provide analytical support as needed to evaluate strategic corporate remarketing projects and initiatives as it pertains to corporate profitability



  • Knowledge of finance, statistics, accounting and/or financial services

  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as ROA, ROE, IRR and cash flow modeling

  • Knowledge with data mining tools such as Access, SAS and SQL

  • Knowledge of PC software applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of auto finance industry

  • Working knowledge of dealer and reporting systems

  • Understanding of products and related work processes in area of responsibility

  • Knowledge of GM Financials core business functions

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Master's Degree in Business or related degree preferred


  • 4-6 years previous experience financial analysis, data management, and reporting (preferably in an auto-finance role) required

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 Description:The selected candidate will play an integral role in the Global Asset Management (GAM) activities for the F-35 Aeronautics Business unit within Lockheed Martin. The incumbent will have responsibility and oversight to ensure all licenses and agreements are processed to meet Integrated Master Schedule requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing licensing status and prioritization of inputs, generating reports, conducting meetings, assisting in information gathering, and responding to internal customer requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide assistance to program managers regarding prioritization and awareness of schedule risks 2. Participate in the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Global Asset Management work process flows and associated outputs. 3. Monitor inputs required to achieve program success and apply/advise status while working to resolve hurdles with appropriate team/individual. 4. Proactively advice Project Managers regarding late-to-need requests and potential impacts depending on request/input. 5. Develop and maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of Internal or subcontractor required deliverables identifying pain points/gaps within processes and resolve (if within ability) or elevate for action while maintaining visibility throughout. 6. Responsible for tracking of value decrements against export licenses, evaluation of licensing expiration, and formal notification to export authorization owners regarding imminent authorization expirations. 7. Liaison with the International Trade Compliance (ITC) team to ensure lock-step reporting of licensing status. 8. Provide progress reviews on license supportability for planned tasks Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or business related discipline.
