This position will work as a business liaison with others across the organization to drive key financial planning processes such as forecasting, budgeting, data aggregation, and analytics. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide daily oversight, guidance, and strategic analysis of key financial metrics and will support the implementation and enforcement of internal controls.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

  • Monitor, forecast, and analyze financial performance for assigned areas in relation to budgets, proformas, and prior years.*

  • Evaluate revenue and expense trends and report projected results to management.*

  • Assist management in identifying opportunities for financial improvement and cost reduction.*

  • Create and distribute a variety of monitoring tools such as labor reports, cost of sales analyses, and profit and loss statements and offer suggestions for operational and/or financial improvement based on this analysis.*

  • Provide strategic thinking and advanced problem solving skills.*

  • Continually seek new and improved ways to analyze and present data to management with greater automation and clarity. *

  • Contribute to the preparation of departmental budgets.*

  • Review and analyze contracts and operational initiatives.*

  • Assist with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older.

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Supervisory Experience preferred.

  • Must have a valid Driver's License.

  • Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Finance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge/experience working with advanced functions of Excel and Google Sheets, as well as other Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Detail oriented and organized.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
