Support Demand Marketing team in Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns across all marketing technology channels, including, but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and D&B RevUP platform. Responsible for supporting system integrations, API connections, along with solutions to best optimize internal resources.


  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

  • Translate and implement business requirements in marketing automation platforms

  • Partner with Salesforce CRM team to come up with the best integration and implementation solutions to ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns

  • Monitor journeys and campaign operations

  • Design and configure journeys using activities within Journey Builder

  • Use Automation Studio to execute multi-step marketing and data management activities on an immediate, triggered or scheduled basis

  • Conduct database management for list building, data hygiene, and data enrichment activities

  • Integrate projects from various platforms, like Pardot, Dunn and Bradstreet to SFMC

  • Manage API integrations

  • Track and analyze performance; use data to form insights and test hypotheses. Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to team members

  • In partnership with Marketing Intelligence team develop and monitor critical metrics and reports to provide performance analysis, including recommendations for improving results and be responsible for success metrics


  • Fluency in marketing automation and personalization platforms such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, D&B Datavision or RevUp. (Certifications preferred)

  • Good knowledge JavaScript and AMPScript to support personalization efforts

  • Knowledge of Audience Management, DMP's and/ or CDP's a plus

  • Good communication skills along with skills for documentation and scoping, defining, and managing work

  • Strong independent project management skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • College degree in marketing, computer science, math, or engineering preferred

  • Lead nurturing experience a plus

  • Expert level knowledge of the customer journey and which conversions work for the various stages of a marketing funnel a plus

  • Google Analytics proficiency is a plus

  • UX Design knowledge a plus

Job Description: At Regions, the Marketing Digital Strategist creates and manages digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer conversion with measurable results. Primary Responsibilities * Gathers, synthesizes, and applies digital insights to form strategies * Leads strategy development and delivery of digital marketing to various audiences across multiple digital channels; channels include content, display, email, mobile, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and video * Communicates digital strategies to business partners and stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives * Ensures alignment of digital media and messaging across all channels * Develops success metrics, and tracks performance against goals and budget * Leverages Media Mix Modeling and Cross-Channel Attribution tools to provide reporting and optimization recommendations * Manages the digital tools and technologies, the data management platform (DMP), and the methods by which the platforms can be used to effectively accomplish business objectives * Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate * Develops test-and-learn strategies as appropriate to test new opportunities or to evaluate value of programs * Ensures digital strategies are executed within strict conformance with risk, security, and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channels * Manages media verification tools and methods by which the platforms monitor digital media quality (brand safety, fraud and viewability) * Provides guidance and advice to junior strategists, maximizing opportunities for continuous improvement This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
