The Sr. Analyst, HRSC Reporting role is responsible for analyzing and reporting HR service center data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves generating reports, interpreting data, and providing insights to HR leadership and stakeholders. The Sr. Analyst, HRSC Reporting will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop metrics, and recommend, drive, and track impact of process improvements.
Develop and maintain HR service center reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends
Analyze and present HR service center data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
Provide recurring and ad-hoc reports to HR leadership and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and opportunities, and develop customized reports using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, R, SQL, Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel
Perform data mining in a wide variety of systems, including Oracle HCM Core HR and Benefits modules, iCIMS, Avaya CMS, Embark Analytics, HR HelpDesk, and survey tools
Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and reliability
Proactively Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data collection and analysis
Support development, implementation, and audience review/understanding of HR service center performance goals and metrics
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR reporting, analytics, and associated tools and methods
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve HR service center operations
Lead small scale projects and/or process improvement initiatives
Maintain integrity and confidentiality of departmental records and employee documentation
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of proven experience as an HR reporting analyst or similar role
Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Tableau, Excel)
Agility in learning new technology / tools to support business efforts
Proficiency using one or more of the following: Alteryx, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau Prep
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote environment
Knowledge of HR processes and policies is preferred
Familiarity with HR service center operations is a plus
