We're seeking a Senior Analyst who will support the Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence team with all aspects of analytics to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining queries, developing data pipelines and ETL, creating reporting dashboards, deriving insights from existing datasets, and building measurement models from a variety of data sources. This is a cross-functional role that will work with marketing, product, data science and engineering teams to fulfill team goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement

  • Create requirements, specifications, and processes for business solutions to enable the team to achieve strategic goals

  • Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies

  • Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors

  • Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple data sources

  • Engage with Data Engineering to develop and enhance data infrastructure/marketing tools

  • Own end-to-end campaign reporting and dashboarding (data-in/data-out)

  • Support planning and execution of A/B tests

  • Support audience selection strategy for new campaigns

  • Brainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities across marketing channels

  • Brainstorm innovative measurement and attribution strategies for new initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field or the equivalent in years of experience

  • 4+ years in strategy, analytics or finance role supporting multiple stakeholders

  • Strong SQL proficiency (joins, subqueries/CTEs, case statements, cast/convert, etc.) and working knowledge of relational databases

  • Other coding languages (Python, R, etc.) or willingness to learn are a big plus

  • Data visualization and data analysis experience; experience building and managing executive-level and channel-level performance dashboards preferred (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

  • Ability to independently validate large data sets

  • Proven ability to summarize complex concepts for executive-level stakeholders

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative abilities

  • Strong Excel/GSheets proficiency (statistical functions, regressions, linest, etc.)

  • PowerPoint/GSlides proficiency with linked data tables and a good eye for visual story telling

  • Proven ability to organize and interpret messy data to find insights

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:

$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
