The Sr Analyst, Financial Analysis performs as an integral member of the Inmar Finance Team. The primary focus of the position will be to create and/or maintain financial analysis and reporting that provides actionable analysis to drive business profitability and timely decision making.

This position will need to be located in the Grand Prairie TX area.

Primary Accountabilities:

Operational (55%)

  • Assist RX Returns Operations team with creating and monitoring Key Operational Performance Indicators (including spending time on the facility floor observing and documenting processes, etc.)

  • Assist Manager and other Finance team members in the preparation of the annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast updates as needed

  • Develops, maintains and produces monthly, quarterly or annual reports, as required and provides insights into the trends

  • Participate in forecasting activities.

  • Work closely with Finance Managers on a variety of projects to identify and execute continuous improvement efforts to drive savings in process and operational execution.

  • Manage business unit's participation in the month-end close process.

  • Review monthly expenses and provide variance explanations.

  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Analytics (45%)

  • Identifies and analyzes business problems and devises procedures and solutions to the problems.

  • Cost and profitability analysis to support Product Development, Operations, Client Services & Sales

  • Enhance reporting capabilities with greater depth and consistency in formats

  • Gather, analyze and summarize data for Ad-hoc reports requested by Manager or Director

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting

  • 0-2 years work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.

  • Experience in Warehouse or Operations setting preferred

  • Proficient with G-Suite

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Expert with Excel

  • Knowledge of Oracle

  • Knowledge of Incorta and/or Tableau or equivalent analytics tool
