What part will you play?

Warner Bros. Technology seeks a Sr. Analyst, Fieldglass Configuration as part of the Enterprise Technology organization. This position will be responsible for application configuration, management and on going support of WB's Fieldglass environments and its integrations with other systems. The role will serve as the product expert along with integration components in support of WB's overall Vendor Management initiatives. This position will partner across business teams to synthesize requirements into technical solutions within the Fieldglass platform and its components. Prior to construction, this position will provide technical guidance as to the optimal technical solution to any requirements. This position will manage the life cycle of requirements, configuration, testing and final deployment to Production.

  • Responsible for synthesizing the Contingent Worker management process and application solutions through the interpretation of client business requirements.

  • Manages the configuration of Fieldglass application to support Contingent Worker Management Office operations.

  • Manages projects activities as assigned by project manager through the project lifecycle, inclusive of design sessions, confirm business scenarios for testing, reviewing and approving test plans and ensuring the appropriate end user acceptance testing is obtained and assist in the creation of the stabilization plan.

  • Conduct functional impact analysis for new business processes and for modification of existing business processes to configuration or application changes.

  • Provides quality assurance review of the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed or recommend additional enhancements.

What do we require from you?

  • Undergraduate degree required.

  • SAP Fieldglass certification preferred.

  • Prior experience and proficiency as a Vendor Management System administrator.

  • Minimum of 3 years in software implementation/support experience, preferably within a technology organization supporting web hosted applications.

  • SAP Fieldglass application knowledge is required.

  • Experience in a vendor management/contingent labor role a plus.

  • Configuration management experience required.

  • Familiarity working in a matrix organization including internal and external (3rd party service provider) resources highly desirable.

  • Specific understanding of key technical components required to provide functional and operational support to the business, including effort estimates and resource management required.

  • Entertainment industry experience is highly desirable.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, flexible team orientation is required; must be flexible to take on new or different tasks depending on what's needed.

  • Strong knowledge of Contingent Worker and Vendor Management business processes; and ability to translate them into IT requirements to satisfy financial planning and reporting obligations.

  • Ability to construct work plans with interdependent events, critical path activities.

  • Ability to initiate and prioritize multiple threads of work efforts and deadlines.

  • Ability to gather requirements, functional and technical effort estimates for solution design and realization.

  • Ability to manage and execute application configuration based on business requirements.

  • Experience supporting and influencing internal stakeholders across varying levels of leadership.

  • Anticipates potential project related problems and is capable of rendering sound solutions.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills required.

  • Strong analytical skills, including change impact analysis to existing solutions.

Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr. Analyst, Solutions & Workday Configuration for the HR Services Operational Excellance department. It's an exciting time at Warner Bros. as we continue to expand our Workday offerings. This position will be part of our HR Services organization and will be predominantly involved in the configuration and delivery of Workday related projects. Delivery of solutions may be used internally by HR Services and/or clients such as Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Acquisitions, Finance and Legal. This position is responsible for all aspects of development and maintenance, including project planning, requirements gathering, designing, configuring, testing, developing user documentation, and providing support. This role performs in both a people management and functional leadership capability and requires elements of project management, the analytical capabilities of a business systems analyst, the creativity of a solution architect, and process knowledge of a functional lead. * Serve as key Workday configuration and security expert. * Critical team member who will work with key stakeholders to inspire collaboration and trust to deliver an amazing and intuitive experience. * Identify and take on opportunities to deepen service offerings to our Employees, Supervisors and Business Partners. * Demonstrate Workday configuration through the development of a proof of concept (prototype). * Responsible for successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines. * Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes. * Lead configuration testing efforts and user acceptance testing. * Assist in development of training materials and partner in change management efforts and organizational readiness. * Develop high quality deliverables and presentations (status, updates, read-outs, etc.) catered to the audience and with close attention to detail. * Develop relationships with key stakeholders and customers. * Reference the Knowledge/Skills section. * As more features are rolled out to our end users, maintain a continuous improvement mindset to assess and refine operational elements, both from configurations and new releases.
