Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Applied Epic Configuration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to proficiently research and resolve Epic Configuration issues and requests. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and completing Epic Configuration requests in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to SLA expectations, and confirming logical configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve Epic Configuration issues within SLA guidelines.

• Analyze and complete Epic Configuration requests promptly, evaluating the logical coherence of each request to ensure accuracy and functionality. Adhere to approval guidelines before implementing configuration updates.

• Maintain Excel Configuration Workbooks to accurately document configured settings in Epic, facilitating transparency and accountability in configuration management.

• Contribute to the Configuration Manual by documenting nuances, tips, and best practices learned during the configuration process, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Collaborate with team members to address unique and challenging configuration requests, conducting thorough research before seeking assistance to demonstrate proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Applied Epic configuration setups, particularly in Policy and Structure Configuration, with advanced knowledge preferred.

• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and SLA requirements.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team setting.

• Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays to provide Configuration support during Go Lives.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent application management experience

• 2+ years of experience using Applied Epic across one or more lines of business

• Advanced proficiency in Excel
