WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Portfolio Enablement will drive key workstreams supporting enterprise Annual Planning, Global Intake process for global IT projects, and Reporting/Analytics needs on Business/IT portfolio stakeholders. The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Portfolio Enablement will collaborate with Foot Locker's Global Technology Portfolio leadership and key stakeholders from the business and technology teams to support the enterprise delivery portfolio.

As champion of data, the candidate will work with stakeholders to gather project data, analyze the inputs, and develop reports and dashboards for decision making by senior management. They will proactively monitor project and portfolio data using multiple tools to support governance and compliance with Global Program/Portfolio standards. The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Portfolio Enablement will collaborate with the business and IT stakeholders regularly to identify opportunities for training and process improvement. A suitable candidate will have subject matter expertise in the areas of data analysis and reporting and ideally expertise in Project and Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ROLE

  • Drive key workstreams supporting enterprise Annual Planning, Global Intake process for global IT projects, and Reporting/Analytics needs on Business/IT portfolio stakeholders.

  • Provide critical analysis of project and portfolio data using multiple reporting platforms, including Planview Portfolio, Power BI, and JIRA -- communicate issues and statistics to stakeholders as needed.

  • Develop, produce, and maintain portfolio and project level performance metrics and dashboards for use by business and IT stakeholders.

  • Analyze use of current project portfolio applications and recommend opportunities to improve the use and integration of these tools across the enterprise.

  • Provide governance and compliance monitoring of our project portfolio data, along with the Annual Planning and Global Intake processes, focusing on quality control of data inputs and adoption.

  • Understand and contribute to decisions on portfolio issue resolution and risk mitigation.

  • Identify and execute training opportunities for stakeholders to drive adherence to process adoption and increase the quality of data inputs into Foot Locker's ecosystem of portfolio and development tools.

Qualifications

WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO BRING

  • Minimum 2 years of technology or management consulting experience preferred or minimum of 3 years of progressive technology portfolio and/or product management related experience within global retail/consumer facing organizations.

  • Experience in which one or more of the following occurred:

o Demonstrated high competency in the execution of multiple large projects.

o Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership, with strong abilities in relationship management.

o Gained experience in managing resources to meet goals across multiple projects and competing priorities.

o Gained experience in leading multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups.

o Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

o Experience managing others.

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Management Information System, Computer Science, Finance, and/or related fields.

  • Foundational understanding of project and portfolio management, including knowledge of various delivery methodologies.

  • Prior exposure to using Planview Portfolio, Power BI, and JIRA preferred. Equivalent work and development enterprise grades tools considered as well.

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $70000 - $90000 / yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
