The Sr. HRIS Analyst, Employee Central
What You'll Do
Core HR Module (SuccessFactors Employee Central):
Expert & Certified in Employee Central module of SuccessFactors
Working closely with cross functional teams, recommends best practices to ensure data integrity & most effective solutions for integration error handling
Responsible for end-to-end configurations of Data Models, HR Transactions, Position Management, Global assignments, Time off, Reporting, Employee Movements, Foundation Objects, and Generic Objects
Understands & acts with urgency on global Employee Central requests & provides detailed guidance to global
Creates process flow diagrams & provides training on various SuccessFactors reporting like Story, Ad hoc, Canvas, Dashboard & tile reports
Will establish Role-Based Permissions and Groups to ensure secure and efficient access management, configure workflow approvals to streamline process validation, create dynamic roles and groups for optimal workflow configuration, and administer permissions via IAS/IPS
Adaptability and Management:
Will proactively manage shifts and changes necessary to meet commitments
Makes recommendations to leadership when needed
Comfortable with the unknown and counsels contract resources on the skills to pivot and shift as demands of the business and/or market necessitate changes to the roadmap
Supports global teams with various operational requests
Through direct interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners, will help drive system alignment with goals and business needs
Provide guidance on HR business processes from design to execution
Will be responsible for regular system maintenance tasks including updates, patches & troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of SuccessFactors platform
Accountable for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data within the SuccessFactors Suite, resolving synchronization issues, and ensuring precise employee data management
Ensures compliance with relevant HR and data protection regulations, implementing and maintaining access controls and security protocols within SuccessFactors
Anticipate potential issues or problems within Success factors Employee Central, anticipate potential objections and influences the direction of conversations to get to effective outcomes
Solve complex issues by identifying or developing innovative solutions
Participates in the evolution of processes and procedures to continue to improve organizational effectiveness
What You'll Bring to the Table
BS or BA in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience and expertise
5+ years experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central Module
Demonstrated experience and technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Event Reasons Derivations, Business Rules, Notifications, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions, Custom MDFs, and XML
Proficient in Picklist Management, MDF Creation, Configuration UI Management, Event and Event Reasons tailored to HR processes
Experience in configuration of various Business Rules, Associations, and Workflows
Skilled in the preparation of Test Scripts and Test Plans, with experience in conducting Unit testing and System Integration testing for HR processes such as Personal Information, Separation, and Employee Movements
Proficient in identifying and resolving Incidents/Defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal clients and understand their requirements
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Current Certification in the Employee Central module is essential
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project and Visio is beneficial
Agile methodology experience is preferred

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
