What you'll do:

This position will be responsible for the developing and executing our product sourcing and promotional marketing strategies:

Product Assortment:

  • Analyze item selling & product performance on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, understanding what's selling, where, and why. Provide ad hoc reporting as required.

  • Identify and execute upon product and pricing trends, both on a macro and micro level.

  • Lead creation of sourcing strategies for the Sales team, partnering with the Marketing and Publisher Account Management teams.

  • Lead and execute on pricing strategies across categories to improve conversion rates and increase AOV and gross sales.

  • Select products for email, on-site notifications, and other marketing channels.

  • Oversee the production calendar, adjusting launch dates and moving up products as needed

Site Merchandising:

  • Site merchandising for each owned & operated shop - scheduling sale banners, creating sale pages and collection pages, promoting new content, creating discount codes, etc.

  • Make sure collection pages are sorted appropriately to highlight key products

Promotional Planning:

  • Promotional planning for seasonal holidays and ad-hoc sales. Complete post-mortems for these promotions to determine why they did or didn't perform as planned with recommended action plans.

  • Maintain an understanding and awareness of competitor activity, share findings and recommendations with team

Project Management:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of all projects. Assist with other growth related projects including SEO, conversion optimization, and customer segmentation as needed.

  • Oversee efforts in our Private Label brands and inventory management

About You:

  • Analytical & reporting skills - willingness to dig deep into the data

  • Strong project management skills & experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced organization

  • Strong bias for action and getting things done

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail, even in a rapidly evolving environment

  • BA Business, Economics, Statistics or equivalent degree

  • 2-4 Years of experience in eCommerce Merchandising
