This Senior Analyst, Digital Finance will be a member of the IT/Digital team, specifically working on and supporting the Digital program's financials. S/he will provide subject matter expertise and direction on the various initiatives across the business. S/he will prepare, analyze and report on project benefits and investment, forecasts and actual results and provide management with a financial perspective for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. This role offers high visibility working directly with Senior Leadership and has room for growth in a dynamic team with a great culture.
Owns tactical responsibility to capture the value (investments and benefits) generated by the Digital effort, tracking details across a complex array of cross department initiatives.
Provides direction and support on complex assignments, projects and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of the team.
Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by influencing and supporting change management.
Identifies and directs implementation of best practices leading to high quality tracking and reporting of company-wide strategic initiatives.
Provides subject matter expertise to team members and various stakeholders across the organization for his/her assigned responsibilities.
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging trends related to industry trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Undergraduate degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting (or 4+ years of comparable work experience)
MBA or relevant advanced certification preferred.
5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis or comparable fields
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
Confident and comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Strong project management skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
