The Finance organization is responsible for leading and participating in a number of critical functions including: supporting executive management decisions making by analyzing results, assessing strategic alternatives and developing strategic plans; communicating financial results and forecasts with critical stakeholders, including executive management and Board of Directors, shareholders and regulators; managing the Company's balance sheet, including interest rate and liquidity risks; establishes the Company's capital policies and prioritizes investments; develops and implements controls to reduce operational risk; developing and maintaining financial data and systems. The Finance organization works across functions and Business lines in the Company, requiring a broad understanding of our business, risk and strategy.

This role will focus on SanUS capital management. In particular, the role will have an emphasis on GAAP jurisdiction, including but not limited to standard capital metrics reporting and forecast.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

  • Day-to-day execution of operations, such as updating reporting, following up on variances, and similar.

  • Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.

  • Perform variance, reconciliation and forecasting analysis of key financial data.

  • Ensure adherence to established standards and risk limits.

  • Ensures treasury policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Accounting or similar

  • 3 years experience in Accounting, Capital Management or similar

  • Preferred experience in Banking or Financial Services

  • Preferred experience with SQL or Tableau

  • (Higher level education could be used in place of specific work experience)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work well within a team, prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.

  • Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.

  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.

  • Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.

  • Advanced in MS Word, MIS Excel, MS Outlook

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$72,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$107,500.00 USD
