Our Opportunity: Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Sales Optimization and Calendar Strategy
Roles and Responsibilities:
Completes regular analysis of industry, competitive, and consumer trends and activities.
Collaborates with various cross-functional departments such as Operations, Marketing Analytics, Media, PR, Communications, Guest Insights, Culinary, Supply Chain, and Digital.
Leverages several sources of data to derive Sales, Traffic, and Profitability opportunities.
Lead the strategy and execution of the Communications calendar, through collaborating with different stakeholders and optimize calendar window communication
Research, identify, and manage growth opportunity vendors to recognize new opportunities to drive Sales, Traffic, and Profitability and pitch opportunities directly to Franchisees
Lead menu board redesign initiative through dissecting research from vendors to create an optimized menu board for guests to be rolled out across PLK US
Partner with Marketing Communications to block menu boards for each calendar window to drive Sales and trial
Lead and manage creative test and learn agenda in partnership with Marketing Communications and Digital to learn how in restaurant creative can be optimized to drive the business
Required Skills:
University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of work experience in CPG, Retail, QSR, or related field
Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
Advanced skill level using Excel and PowerPoint
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to dream big
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to interact cross functionally, communicate effectively, and lead teams towards a common goal
Must be solution-oriented, able to dissect information, see opportunities, pre-empt potential issues, and find solutions
