Responsibilities

  • Analog block level designer in intelligent power-management IC development team

  • Design analog and mixed-signal circuits for IDT's SSD PMIC product-line

  • Be able to make various trade-offs in architecture and circuit design

  • Perform post-layout verification including extraction as well as Monte Carlo analysis

  • Be willing to supervise layout engineer and review layout

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience analog/mix-signal/power management silicon

  • Solid understanding of transistor-level analog design fundamentals, design tools, and methodologies

  • Circuit blocks include bandgap references, op-amps, OTAs, bias circuits, comparators, oscillators, DACs, ADCs, level-shifters, switching power stages, LDOs, charge pumps, glue logic

  • Experience working in a team environment on mixed-signal ICs that integrate power management circuits, ADCs, DACs, and digital state machines is strongly preferred

  • Be eager to learn and contribute as part of an experienced team and must be a self-starter

  • Good communication skills

Education

  • MS in Electrical Engineering
