ADP is hiring a Central Compliance Senior Business Analyst. The Central Compliance - Senior Business Analyst is responsible for a range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness of the Central Compliance program. The analyst contributes to the development, revision, and implementation of Central Compliance processes, systems and procedures across ADP worldwide. The analyst is able to quickly understand business needs and data challenges, identify enhancement opportunities/solutions, and work with IT and operations to implement enhancements. The position includes responsibility for managing the technology needs of the Central Compliance program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the liaison among the business units, technology teams and support teams.

  • Manage and perform data collection and analysis for the Central Compliance team while working with business units and functional counterparts, including IT's business intelligence team.

  • Elicit operational requirements and technology needs using interviews, document analyses, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, and workflow analyses.

  • Manage the Central Compliance SharePoint site and coordinate with Information Technology (IT) and Global Security Organization (GSO).

  • Develop and manage automated compliance tools and templates.

  • Oversee the design of standard and specialized reports for Central Compliance, Executive Committee, Business Units, Center of Excellence areas and other stakeholders.

  • Support central and regional compliance projects requiring IT development support.

  • Work independently with business unit and functional stakeholders to define concepts and collaboratively with the Central Compliance team.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with vendors and internal business areas to analyze technology needs and functional requirements.

  • Oversee and coordinate an RFP process with technology vendors for potential automated compliance solutions with global application.

  • Perform other relevant duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or liberal arts required.
  • 10+ years related experience with at least 5 years as Business Analyst or equivalent role. Experience working with IT/development teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Advanced degree, MBA, preferred.

  • Strong analysis background required.

  • Experience with use of technology tools, including (i) tools for project planning and management, reporting, data collection, budgeting, cost control, and performance measurement; and (ii) databases and dashboard reporting tools.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint required.

  • Experience with GRC tools (Archer, Agiliance, etc.), preferred.

  • Management experience, preferred.

  • Knowledge of human capital management and/or financial services industries, or components thereof, preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Must be analytical and detailed oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems at their source.
