As the Senior Advisor of CarePass you will be a key member of Front Store strategy team supporting the evolution of the CarePass program, focusing on analytics and execution. You will play a critical analytics role to support the evolution of the CarePass program. Your core focus will be ensuring a best in class customer experience as we grow and optimize the program.
You will be deep in database analytics, visualization, and reporting. Additionally, your core quantitative / coding skill set must also be complimented by a knowledge of financial concepts and the ability to create business cases.
Additionally, you will lead the day to day execution of stable reporting and support the development of new reporting as needed. You will perform root cause analysis to quickly identify the drivers of negative customer experience and provide insights / analytics to support executive decision making. You will ensure successful onboarding and reporting for new program constructs and work proactively to identify elements of the customer experience that must be refined.
Passion for customer experience and willingness to roll up your sleeves to tackle whatever the most pressing problem of the day will be critical to your success. (A true startup mentality within a large corporation)
This role is based in our Corporate Office in Woonsocket, RI.
4+ years of customer analysis and insight development, customer behavioral analytics, pricing, database marketing, marketing research or related fields
3+ years of analytic management/ leadership experience, with demonstrated growth and progressive responsibility over time
Previous experience in developing/measuring complex growth programs including areas like loyalty, pricing, category performance, etc.
Proven experience/knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Teradata tools, tableau and database solutions
Demonstrated ability to present and visualize data
Proven experience prioritizing across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Economics, Computer Science or related field is required
