As the Senior Advisor of CarePass you will be a key member of Front Store strategy team supporting the evolution of the CarePass program, focusing on analytics and execution. The goal of CarePass is to bring together the best of CVS Retail assets and deepen customer engagement. CNBC said: "CarePass is a bold attempt to fight Amazon and may even put the retailer ahead"

You will play a critical analytics role to support the evolution of the CarePass program. Your core focus will be ensuring a best in class customer experience as we grow and optimize the program.

You will be deep in database analytics, visualization, and reporting. Additionally, your core quantitative / coding skill set must also be complimented by a knowledge of financial concepts and the ability to create business cases.

Additionally, you will lead the day to day execution of stable reporting and support the development of new reporting as needed. You will perform root cause analysis to quickly identify the drivers of negative customer experience and provide insights / analytics to support executive decision making. You will ensure successful onboarding and reporting for new program constructs and work proactively to identify elements of the customer experience that must be refined.

Passion for customer experience and willingness to roll up your sleeves to tackle whatever the most pressing problem of the day will be critical to your success. (A true startup mentality within a large corporation)

This role is based in our Corporate Office in Woonsocket, RI.

Required Qualifications
4+ years of customer analysis and insight development, customer behavioral analytics, pricing, database marketing, marketing research or related fields
3+ years of analytic management/ leadership experience, with demonstrated growth and progressive responsibility over time

Previous experience in developing/measuring complex growth programs including areas like loyalty, pricing, category performance, etc.

Proven experience/knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Teradata tools, tableau and database solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to present and visualize data

Proven experience prioritizing across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, complex working environment

Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Economics, Computer Science or related field is required

MBA preferred

This fast-paced team will work together to engage third party partners through account management, performance reporting & analytics, payment processing and scheduling programs for our Wellness Room as well as other programs that have high impact to our customers. This is a high priority initiative for CVS, and the business planning, and results will be overseen by the most senior leaders of our Enterprise. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development, piloting and roll-out of new front store services and programs in alignment with our Enterprise purpose of helping people on their path to better health. This role would suit someone with a background in retail, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for delivering results. In addition you will have end-to-end involvement in launching highly visible new front store services. You will report to the Category Manager who will oversee the strategic vision for this new service, and is expected to provide excellent exposure to management across CVS's businesses as well as ongoing professional development opportunities. Your strong analytical and interpersonal skills along with and entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for delivering results will be critical to your success. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience Previous experience supporting critical program analytics, including quantitative and qualitative customer research to validate opportunity and identify specific user experience needs Developing methodology to measure program KPIs and leading measurement, tracking, and reporting of KPIs after program launch Previous experience Track engagement and performance of customer cohorts and segments over time Proven record using data and business judgment to proactively identify opportunities to drive value, mitigate risks, and course-correct as necessary Previous experience collaborating and sharing data with multiple internal supporting teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure transparency and effective execution Preparing high quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups Preferred Qualifications Experience analyzing business trends, creating business cases and providing actionable recommendations Experience working with POS or syndicated data (eg IRI, Nielsen etc) in the retail or consumer products goods industries Experience with Access & Tableau Education Bachelor Degree Business Overview It's a new day in health care.
