Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.
Drives key strategic initiatives, and supports the development of long-term growth plans, customer experience opportunities
Understand new ways to deliver customer experience that leverages innovation, processes, policies, people and technology
Collects and analyzes data required for analytics and other project objectives.
Has a good understanding for the use of metrics in understanding customer behavior and in evaluating the effectiveness of existing and new initiatives.
Develops basic financial models including OPEX and CAPEX estimates.
Writes reports, presentations, memos, and other communications and possesses excellent listening, persuasion, presentation and communication skills.
Coordinates report production.
Supports facilitation to groups in designing and launching pilots
Presents to senior leaders
Works cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assistance for the project goals during and after project lifecycle.
Develops, tracks and monitors project work plans, including objectives, tasks and time frames to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Responds to changing project circumstances and communicates issues to project leadership.
Establishes internal and external relationships with corporations, industry organizations, professional service firms to find ideas and potential opportunities.
Must have passion for customers.
3 years of prior work experience. Consulting and/or Strategy experience preferred
Excellent analytical and financial skills required.
Proficient with, Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point required. Experience with Tableau and SQL a plus
Project management and facilitation skills required.
Must have a strong interest in technology industry
