Use your knowledge of manufacturing engineering fundamentals to help Honeywell Advanced Manufacturing Engineering deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under immediate supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of aerospace engine products supporting new products from concept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who support current product value engineering and the optimization of the manufacturing process at the Pheonix Gear Line COE.
Key Responsibilities
Special process focal for chemical process operations at the site; conversion coatings, etch/clean, plating
Prepare or update reports and documentation
Perform material reviews and investigations
Conduct special process audit responses
Collaborate with various functional teams
Support shop floor audits and daily tier meetings
Move hardware physically and electronically through material review process

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
At least four (4) years in manufacturing and industrial engineering support for an aerospace company

WE VALUE
Bachelors degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Knowledge of blueprint and engineering specifications
Previous NADCAP or audit experience being an auditor or auditee
Strong technical, analytical, organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, discretion, and capable of complex decision making in a dynamic work environment
