Sr. Advance Testing Engineer

Use your advanced knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering fundamentals of Testing & Automation to help Honeywell Sensing & Internet of Things (SIoT) deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will influence globally the development of Honeywell's next generation of Sensing products supporting implementation of newest technology in the market plus new products from concept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who support current product value engineering and the optimization of the manufacturing process while mentoring Site's Engineers globally.

Use your Advanced Manufacturing Engineering experience to support development of New Products Introduction, standards and processes to achieve manufacturing goals.

Refine and expand your supply chain and engineering knowledge by learning from highly experienced engineers and participating in challenging assignments

Positively impact daily production activities and drive improvement in a fast paced, collaborative environment
25Collaborate with various functional teams25Use analytical tools and theories35Plan, lead and execute projects15Develop new techniques and analytical tools

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or another technical related field
  • 7+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience implementing lean and six sigma methodologies

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Above average computer skills including web navigation, Microsoft Office applications and CAD/CAM

  • Above average Testing programming language skills including LabView, C++ and Pascal

  • Application of advanced engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

  • Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
