As a Sr. Advance Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mixed signal products through effective test engineering practices. You will lead and coordinate the testing activities for silicon wafer testing, working closely with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing and executing test plans and procedures. You will report directly to our Wafer Fab Engineering Manager and you will work out of our Richardson, TX location on a flexible work schedule. By analyzing test results, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations for product improvements, contributing to the overall enhancement of our solutions. Your technical guidance and support will empower the test engineers in your team to excel in their roles and deliver high-quality results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and coordinate the testing activities for silicon wafer testing
Develop and execute test plans and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE:
10 years of experience in developing software and hardware test solutions for wafer level testing of Mixed Signal circuits
Experience with Teradyne, LTX, COHU or similar test equipment
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
5 years' experience working in Production Manufacturing
2 years' experience in C/C++ or similar used on automated wafer testing
