We currently have an opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistance supporting work in the Piketon, Ohio area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties will include providing a variety of specialized administrative support within departments and projects through research, complex analysis, and coordination.

Assignments involve non-technical and/or semi-technical subjects. Coordinate administrative activities and uses office automation tools. Prepare reports and studies of an analytical nature, such as organization planning and workload forecasts.

Support preparation of overhead budget and monitors financial and service activities against approved budgets. Perform special assignments as requested. Provide administrative input regarding the design, implementation, and enhancement of automated systems.

Organizes material for meetings, presentations, and training sessions. Participates in the development of presentations and help coordinate furniture and space allocation, space planning, and needs such as telephone, word processing and mail service.

Perform other duties as required.

Minimum, of an Associate Degree from an accredited school or 7-10 years' administrative support type experiences. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and computer skills including MS Office Suite Desired.

DOE or other federal government experience, Knowledge in Federal Government acquisition process and regulations and DOE Records Management experience is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to extract, compile, and analyze non-technical and semi-technical data for complex reports; demonstrated knowledge of all administrative functions; ability to provide direction to other personnel; ability to monitor and control department overhead budgets and financial reports; and knowledge of organizational structure, functions, and procedures. You’ll play an important role in bringing comfort to our furry patients and ensuring the smooth running of our facility. One of the most important Veterinary Assistant responsibilities is to ensure all areas are clean, for animals and humans alike. We’ll also rely on you to assist the Veterinarian in examinations and operations. Veterinary Assistant skills Do you love animals? Then you’re halfway there. You also need the ability to care for them properly – that’s one of the most important Vet Assistant job requirements. This includes knowledge of routine tasks, like feeding or bathing animals, but also readiness to care for injured or scared animals that might occasionally lash out.
