The SR Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative functions. This role leads the coordination and execution of administrative activities that enhance the effectiveness of the role supported, as well as the department(s) these individuals oversee on an as-needed basis.
This position must function with limited supervision and requires considerable proactive coordination with executive(s) work demands. This position must be able to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and accountability for various processes and programs. This position works collaboratively with the executive supported and with other assistants within the System.
Specifically, the Executive Assistant will provide assistance with meeting planning and support, calendar maintenance, document preparation, travel planning, budget tracking, and department invoice processing. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will provide assistance for routine office tasks including email, copying, faxing, postal mail, packages, and the preparation of expense reports.
1.High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree preferred - Major various dependent on Area/Expertise Need
2.Minimum 5 years' experience with administrative support in fast paced environment.
3.Organizational, Verbal, Interpersonal, Customer relations, Mathematical, Analytical, Grammar/Spelling, Read/Comprehend
4.Written, Follow Verbal Instruction, High Level Computer Skills required.
5.Microsoft Suite Applications required. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office preferred.
