Sr Accounts Receivable Specialist - Hybrid

Visit www.wedriveu.comThe Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist will report to the Senior Revenue Manager and play a key role in a high volume and time sensitive monthly invoicing process. The opportunity to assist with general ledger duties and monthly closing process exists for the right candidate. This is a Hybrid role and based out of our Austin office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare timely and accurate customer invoices each month Assist in reconciling vendor invoices and accurately distributing costs among customers for invoicing purposes Maintain and monitor processes and procedures for the Accounts Receivable department. Support efforts to continuously improve the processes and procedures. Review and understand customer contracts to ensure invoicing and forecasting templates are set up properly and that all relevant contractual requirements are properly incorporated. Assist in the managing and updating of customer revenue forecasts to ensure all contractual and operational changes are properly updated, forecasts are reviewed and adjusted accordingly to maintain alignment with finalized invoices, and that all relevant information and inputs are captured. Help lead biweekly reviews of the accounts receivable aging report to ensure timely customer payments while communicating with customers and managers to ensure past due payments are addressed. Resolve customer inquiries regarding invoicing and payment as well as develop solutions to improve the customer experience. Maintain and improve customer contract folders as well as documentation process for monthly invoices Others special projects as requested by Senior Revenue Manager, Accounting Manager and VP, Controller
Skills Required and Physical Demands:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Including knowledge of pivot tables, macros, V & X Lookup, etc.Previous Accounting ERP system experience required. Acumatica and NetSuite preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with ability to work independently Ability to evaluate and prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines
Education and Qualifications:

Hard Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required (BA/BS degree in accounting a strong plus) Minimum 4-5 years prior experience with AR required Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Requirements:
Experience implementing or integrating a new ERP
