Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and supervising and training the accounting team, including receivables, payables, and general accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and train the accounting team, including receivables, payables, and general accounting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
