Responsibilities

Foundations Recovery Network's (a UHS company) mission is to be the leader in evidence-based, integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders through clinical services, education and research. This role will be located at your regional office in Brentwood, TN. Foundations Recovery Network is part of the behavioral division of UHS.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the completion of month end close, account reconciliations, cost reports, budgets, governmental and other miscellaneous reports. Position will interact with facility CEOs and CFOs; facility Business Office Managers; corporate personnel and government agencies. For immediate consideration please forward your resume to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete month-end close for assigned facilities, including monthly account reconciliations.

Assist the Regional Financial Director in the review of month end close and help reconcile problem accounts.

Review balance sheet account reconciliations completed by the staff accountants.

Assist in the completion of cost reports.

Assist facility Administrators and accounting personnel on accounting related questions and problems.

Assist facilities in development and maintenance of the APC/DOI reports and completion of state and federal reports.

Ability to close any of the facilities assigned to the Nashville Regional Office.

Assist with training of the staff accountants.

Perform special projects for Administrators, Regional Financial Directors, and Regional Vice Presidents.

Assist in the completion of work papers assigned for external audits as well as work with auditors on any audit related issues.

Assist Regional Financial Director in the preparation of the annual budget for all assigned facilities, including annual tax packages.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all required reports and accounting data to meet applicable financial deadlines.

Occasional travel.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Performs special project and/or other job duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
