Actively participate in the corporate consolidation team. Responsible for the activities related to the consolidation of the Company's monthly actual results, monthly estimated results and annual planned results including (i) loading trial balance input, financial reporting packages, and foreign currency translation rates (ii) preparing and recording consolidation entries for actual, estimate and plan for all rate scenarios (iii) preparation, review and distribution of various monthly and quarterly reports as assigned (iv) understanding of Hyperion (HFM and Essbase) including the system processes and the structures related to the various hierarchy and coding block and (v) special projects as assigned.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing and recording consolidation entries for actual, estimate and plan for all rate scenarios. Comprehensive understanding of the source of all inputs and calculations is required. Collaborating with contributors within and outside the immediate department where appropriate. Application and documentation of internal controls is essential for the preparation of adjusting and consolidating entries. Analytical review of data required to identify any unusual inputs at the entry point of the consolidation process. Comprehensive understanding of foreign exchange rates and related impacts. Proficiency in the rules of elimination and consolidation accounting is required.
Loading trail balance input, financial reporting packages and foreign currency exchange rates providing active monitoring of deadlines.
Prepare, review and distribute various monthly and quarterly reports as assigned ensuring accuracy to the underlying information.
Participate in process and systems improvements (HFM and Essbase) including upgrade and user acceptance training.
Special projects as assigned.
Interact with Brand Controllers and/or staff and other corporate finance departments in researching and answering questions about financial results.

Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Strong PC expertise essential including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Exposure to SAP and Hyperion Financial Suite a plus.
