Sr. Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be a key position in the Finance and Accounting department and will meticulously manage a spectrum of financial transactions. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting the monthly and quarterly accounting close process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the month end close process

• Perform reconciliations and journal entries as needed

• Prepare daily and monthly cash related reports

• Record daily cash collections and other deposits

• Record daily automatic withdrawals

• Enter and post various intercompany bank transfers

• Perform various accounting and admin tasks related to the companys credit card programs

• Prepare and ensure that various report filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Complete documentation to arrange for electronic deposits from customers accounts

• Support other accounting related duties as needed

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

• Minimum of 3 years' of related accounting experience

• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos

• Must have high-level proficiency and knowledge with Microsoft Excel

• Previous experience with Sage/Timberline is a huge plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000 DOE
