Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for our Corporate site located in Wilmington, MA.

The following are responsibilities related to the Senior Accountant position:

  • Prepare monthly journal entries requiring calculations of a moderate to high level of difficulty.

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations with a moderate to high level of complexity.

  • Review general ledger detail and expense run-rates to identify and record required adjustments and reclassifications.

  • Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Company policies to solve moderate to complex problems.

  • Coordinate and oversee assigned accounting processes.

  • Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant information; interpret data for purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.

  • Mentor and help train more junior level staff accountants.

  • Assist with identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide internal and external auditors with requested documentation.

  • Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

  • Support merger and acquisition initiatives.

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Senior Accountant position:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting (preferred) or related discipline.

  • Five or more years related experience and/or training.

  • CPA preferred.

  • Excellent spreadsheet skills required. SAP and BPC experience a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills required.

They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards. The functions are essential to providing a bridge between strategic vision and operational readiness, to ensure ongoing functional innovation and capability improvement.

In return, we'll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Regional Sales Manager, North America supporting our Research Models business. This position can be located anywhere in the US. This leader will manage and direct a motivated, highly skilled, results-oriented sales team. The following are the essential functions and qualifications we are seeking: * Responsible for personnel management activities such as: scheduling, personnel actions (hiring, promotions, transfers, etc.), training and development, providing regular direction and feedback on performance, disciplinary actions and preparing and delivering annual performance and salary reviews. * Generates new business opportunities include market share takeaway and solicit business in assigned areas * Develops sales, pricing and distribution strategies, identify and capitalize on market opportunities, adjust strategies to reflect changing conditions. * Provides annual forecasting and perform a quarterly review for the region as well as each individual sales territory. * Prepares and implement a comprehensive regional sales management plan to indicate target opportunities, expansion of existing accounts, and an analysis of competitor accounts. * Develops major and established customer accounts through customer service and production and support activities. * Attains revenue and objectives, and where possible increase revenue, in the assigned territory and or accounts. * Initiates arrangement requests required for participation in trade or other convention programs. * Assists in the development of short- and long-range operating objectives, organizational structure, staffing requirements and succession plans. * Assists in the development and recommendation of departmental budget and authorize expenditures.
