Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization.You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization.

Develop and maximize ADI presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.

Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.

High School diploma

Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience


Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Account Manager P&C Specialized Commercial Risk Department in Plainview, NY! Are you a detail oriented and efficient individual with P&C experience? The Account Manager will be responsible for various administrative functions while also learning the process for handling their own accounts: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include (but are not limited to) the following. * Inputs changes or updates into computer, such as renewals. * Follow-up with the insurance companies for outstanding policies, endorsements, audits and dividend adjustments, etc. * Prepares I.D. cards, certificates of insurance, binders and cancellations under direction of Account Executive. * Performs policy checking. * Processes premium and non-premium endorsements. * Performs audit checking and billing. * Performs maintenance and follow-up for timely receipt of audits. * Responsible for training new assistants, clerks and trainees. * Must maintain phone coverage for teammate in his/her absence. * Will assist on various projects as needed and assigned by Manager. * Responsible for the daily correspondence, email, faxes, mail and maintaining up to date file correspondence, telephone communication for assigned accounts. * Assists in preparation of renewal proposals for presentation to client, as well as new business proposals to be reviewed and approved by the Manager. * Responsible for follow-up with clients for information such as driver lists, reporting forms, signed endorsements and miscellaneous information. * Prepares schedules of insurance. * Completes coverage checklists and coverage recommendation letters. * Has sole responsibility for certain assigned accounts. * Reviews requests for certificates of insurance and decides appropriate action. * Assists claims department with claim problems or coverage issues. * Recommends new and additional coverages and obtains quotes. * May visit clients to review insurance program or new product. * Matches mail; i.e. policies, endorsements, pending mail, copies.
