  • He/she must be a highly motivated, self driven performer that can envision opportunities, plan and execute strategies effectively to drive much needed business.

  • Responsible for sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for a number of "target" customers or a specific geographic territory.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for each "target" account and or geography and their buying centers covering the full portfolio of Motorola products and services (core and emerging technologies).

  • Assemble and coordinate a diverse team of internal & external sales resources to assess customer's needs and address their requirements.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer's technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Motorola Solutions.

  • Proactively develop large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of products and services.

  • Proactively engage and lead channel partners in selling Motorola products and services to customers buying centers where appropriate.

  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within and outside of public safety; Sheriff, Mayor, CIO, Police Chief, Fire Chief and other officials in order to understand and influence technology and funding priorities.

  • The candidate must master the MSI Sales Way and apply its principles and best practices to achieve sales goals while aligning all activities to the needs and preferences of our customers and partners.

  • Proactively engage Motorola executive sponsors to build a strategic relationship to position long-term opportunities for Motorola Solutions.

  • The successful applicant must be available at all times during the work week to travel as needed to drive grass roots opportunities in underserved and major commonwealth accounts.

  • Develop Motorola procurement vehicles for multiple solutions to be leveraged across an entire "target" account.

VIEW JOBS 1/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-09T00:00 YOUR ROLE The Senior Digital Project Manager works closely with the Project Management team in all facets of digital project lifecycles including strategy, user experience architecture, design and implementation. They must have a solid understanding of existing and emerging digital technologies and multimedia capabilities. They must have demonstrated experience overseeing mid-large scale digital projects and have prior client-facing experience. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations. You will manage and mentor Project Managers in digital best practices, and production workflow. This role requires an ability to communicate strongly and effectively with internal and client teams to drive decisions and next steps. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Work directly with client teams to understand the overall business objectives and strategies and how each digital project interrelate with each other * Manage multiple digital projects for multiple clients * Manage complex and vendor-dependent projects * Balance and manage scope, time, cost, process, risk and quality * Cast assignments and engage the appropriate resources throughout the project lifecycle to promote a high performing and effective team * Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables * Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates * Ensure that all projects meet accepted best practices in usability and web site design and support agency developed branding and strategic initiatives * Establish and enforce a streamlined workflow and process with Craft Boston leads * Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay or increase costs of a project * Work to educate the Project Management team on best practices in producing digital assets * Natural resourcefulness to problem solve on own * Manage onboarding new team members for process and procedures * Identify areas of optimization in process and project-related reports (status, financial) * Performs other duties as assigned * Fulfills the role of Project Manager in project-related processes WHO WE ARE At CRAFT Worldwide, we've been fortunate enough to assemble a team of the industry's best craftspeople, each with a rich and robust background in advertising, adaptation and production.
