Key Job Responsibilities:
Advocate relationships between the client, internal stakeholders and the supplier community to ensure quality, delivery and budget goals are met on every project.
Work with the client and team members to coordinate print production schedules, print specifications, quotations and billing. Initiate requests for bids, customer quotations, and supplier purchase orders.
Negotiate the best possible pricing and schedules as required to execute individual projects, and ensure that the end result exceeds the client's expectations.
Build a cohesive team among supplier partners, and multiple client departments.
Lead a collaborative effort to streamline operations and enhancing the value of the Continuum to the client.
Utilize experience and network to offer new, innovative suppliers to our supplier network.
Analyze and work with the client's budgets for each category, maintain spend tracking and provide accurate reporting.
Capture the revenue, cost of goods, and profitability for each job to be able for monthly and quarterly presentations.
Facilitate special projects and initiatives to increase productivity for both our onsite team as well as the client team.
Day-to-Day Tasks & Activities:
Responsible for growth and development of client business across all printed products.
Work within a production team while interfacing with our client's marketing staff to understand production requirements. Develop innovative print formats, production schedules and distribution solutions.
Analyze print specifications to ensure that all job requirements, quality expectations, artwork availability and delivery dates are clearly identified and achieved.
Investigate potential suppliers and select those most capable based on knowledge of manufacturing capabilities, supplier facility locations, pricing and schedule availability.
Interface with our proprietary print management software to prepare requests for bid, assign jobs and track/report results.
Managing all aspects of production with suppliers. Work with suppliers on delivery timetables and maintain a current status of assigned projects at all times.
Verify and process invoices according to established guidelines to ensure all charges are accurate and authorized.

Experience in Retail, specializing in Direct Mail, FSI's and In-store Signage.
Like crafting innovative solutions and leading client brainstorming sessions.
Are able to leverage a strong project management background and capable of tracking project revenue, costs and profit levels.
Have a strong ability to interact creatively and efficiently with marketing leadership teams and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Are proficient in MS Excel and have high aptitude for math, cost reporting and data analysis.
Have previous experience with a Print Management firm (preferred, not required) and/or a bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience within the graphic arts, agency or printing industry.
