Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Smart Energy organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers
Identify OEM Opportunities
Manage and Plan Utility Accounts and OEM partnerships
Negotiate and Close opportunities
Articulate and Deliver Value Propositions
Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
Establish Rapport with Customers

YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years sales/account management experience in the utility or telecommunication sector
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
Ability to influence at varying levels across the customer organization
Ability to lead an opportunity pursuit
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed Honeywell environment
SalesForce.com experience with opportunity management and forecasting
Engineering or telecommunications degree
Experience with electric meter and system sales
