We're looking for

A Senior Account Manager that will play a key role internally leading strategic initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have outstanding project management skills, a solid understanding of marketing strategy, and the ability to build great personal and professional relationships internally and with clients.

What you'll accomplish

  • Manage a team of 1-2 Associate project managers focused on managing projects across different parts of the business including: Marketing, PR, Merchandising and HR

  • Own client-facing projects, ensuring all deliverables and business details are attended to and are handled appropriately

  • Work with business partners to understand and define requirements for projects with external stakeholders, and ensure thorough communication of requirements to cross-functional teams for project execution

  • Identify and communicate to Creative leadership resource needs for all projects

  • Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines, scope, and budget are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle

  • Partner with leaders of cross-functional teams to ensure obstacles to project execution are understood and mitigated

  • Delegate projects and supporting tasks to Associate Project Managers on your team

  • Delegate project tasks and responsibilities to appropriate business partners and team members across the organization, while ensuring cohesive program details coming from various contributors

  • Provide follow-up and feedback to partners and team members on their contributions to overall project or program goals

  • Organize and lead project meetings to keep teams and contributors informed of project progress, required changes to execution strategies, and team logistics throughout the project lifecycle

  • Represent RGG to external clients and stakeholders, through professional presentation of information and material

  • Provide timely reports to external clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, issues, and/or results

  • Manage multiple projects and external clients simultaneously, and ensure cross-functional partners have clear understanding of any potential conflicts or advantages of overlapping contracts

  • Work with cross-functional leaders to use project and/or client learnings to improve processes for future work

  • Understand Integrated Marketing and PR pipeline to prepare for incoming work

  • Partner with internal IM and PR business partners to strategically plan and ideate for new business opportunities

  • Work to ensure positive, can-do approach to incoming projects with internal and external stakeholders and business partners

You have

  • A Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-7 years' experience in a account management or project management role

  • Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs

  • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment

  • Proven leadership ability

  • Demonstrated creative problem solving and analytical skills

Position Summary The Sr. Enterprise Account Manager (Sr. EAM) is responsible for a successful client experience ensuring service adoption (onboarding), positive client satisfaction, client retention, contract renewal, cross-sell opportunities, client referenceability, and management of all assigned enterprise clients. The Sr. EAM will be viewed as a trusted advisor and will partner closely with internal Rimini Street teams to articulate the Rimini Street support model and value proposition to clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Single point of accountability for Rimini Street clients (for non-technical issues), providing coordination of all Rimini Street resources from onboarding through entire client relationship * Articulate the Rimini Street support model and value proposition to clients * Demonstrate an ability to handle objections in a positive manner * Lead for Rimini Street team execution providing an improved alignment with the client's business goals and to help client's drive the most value from their current ORACLE AND/OR SAP solutions * Promotes client satisfaction through regular client interactions to build loyalty, ensure renewals, and expand the Rimini Street support footprint within the client account * Demonstrated success in building C-Level and/or Senior VP executive relationships * Established track record for identifying and/or delivering strategic solutions * Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems independently * Ability to lead special projects as identified and execute through to completion * Secures client referenceability and drives client participation in select marketing programs and events * Provide pre-sales client onboarding and account management assistance for the sales organization * Partners with other internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and tasks to assure successful, on-time completion of all deliverables (in accordance with ISO processes) Qualifications/Skills/Experience Education * Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field Location * United States Experience * Knowledge of the software support market with 10 or more years in high tech client relationship management, business development/strategy, and/or sales. * Specific experience with ORACLE AND/OR SAP solutions is required. * Working knowledge of ORACLE AND/OR SAP and ORACLE AND/OR SAP software support infrastructure. * Working knowledge of SAAS and Cloud computing. * Ability to analyze client activity to identify risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. * Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to develop and present to client executive level leadership and key client stakeholders is required.
