VAR Technology, a division of LEAF Commercial Capital, is looking for a talented Sr. National Account Executive to join a sales team responsible for providing leasing and financing services to businesses nationally. VAR Technology Finance is a rapidly-growing IT Lease and Finance company with a 31-year history in the industry. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Generate new and repeat sales
Determine end-user customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions, recommending alternate products based on cost or specifications
Present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer profiles
Accurately process or oversee customer lease transactions from origination to termination
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
Remain current on consumer preferences, changes in local codes and product development by attending sales meetings and training
Meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team
Maintain proficiency in using a personal computer and internal CRM tool.
Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
Sales and customer service are a key requirement and focus of this position. Candidates must be self-starters, capable of managing multiple accounts, and comfortable working under call and sales goals. Travel is minimal.
