What you'll do

The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for leading and managing the relationship with Kaiser Permanente. This person will successfully align internal resources and partners to sell and support SAS Solutions with a focus on growing overall revenue while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Position and leverage sales opportunities to grow and retain dedicated, strategic customers at all levels within their organization.

  • Understand complex business needs of assigned account and qualify types and levels of opportunities in or out accordingly.

  • Implement aspects of strategic account management and development.

  • Work closely with SAS management and executive teams.

  • Create, negotiate and finalize contracts with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage customer satisfaction levels and coordinate/delegate value-adding activities.

  • Develop a working understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of eight years of experience selling enterprise class software solutions.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota targets in software sales.

  • Ability to successfully manage and navigate a large Healthcare account, including all affiliates and subsidiaries.

  • Ability to be at customer's site(s) 2-3 out of 5 days of the week building rapport and working directly with customer to solve complex business problems.

  • Ability to travel as business needs require, at least 50% of the time.

  • Proven track record of delivering multi-year, complex solutions that positively impact customer needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MIS or related field.

The nice to haves

  • Knowledge and fluency of strategic sales techniques to evaluate territory and to develop and implement a successful sales plan.

  • Knowledge of enterprise hardware and/or software acquisition cycles and buying influences.

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry technology, terminology, concepts and challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to initiate, lead and/or delegate projects.

  • Ability to relate technical and business needs of customer to SAS solutions.

Other knowledge, skills, and abilities needed

  • Experience selling software solutions to multiple divisions within a large Health Payer account.

  • Experience selling to Kaiser and all affiliates/subsidiaries.

  • Thorough understanding of how to position advanced analytics software solutions to solve business problems facing Health Plans.

  • Experience selling competitive software products or similar analytical products.

  • Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, or Denver.

This position is required to increase revenue streams in small business, commercial, government, and contact centers. As a Sr. Account Executive, a Typical Day Might Include the Following: * Meets and exceeds assigned sales quota. * Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners. * Assist and support Sales partners in sales effort by participating in sales calls and closing efforts. * Maintain product knowledge by attending weekly trainings. * Attends tradeshows. * Travels as needed to maximize growth and revenue, while adhering to all inContact travel policies and requirements. * If remote from inContact headquarters, maintains appropriate home office within inContact allowances. * Makes in person sales calls * Interacts with all levels of organization. Makes presentations as necessary to same. * Build trust and rapport with current and potential customers. * Regularly closes deals and builds future pipeline within or exceeding goals. * Completes all inContact paperwork timely - expense reports, sales call logs, etc. * Regularly keeps direct supervisor apprised of issues and potential sales. * Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals and quotas in order to maintain NICE inContact's monthly revenue goals and forecasts * Responsible for accurate representation of all product lines to Sales Partners and customers * Travel required 50%.
