The Account Coordinator works closely with the Account Manager. This individual is required to be highly efficient and organized with a strong ability to multi-task.

Must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with others while independently managing and prioritizing the workloads. Entertainment experience with Film, TV, and Dice preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



Process all commercial certificates requested via e-mail, phone or fax

Review certificates for accuracy (i.e., revise as needed, update system, print, and attach AI forms)

Request endorsements from carriers as needed, pending to CSR for follow-up

Verify master information in system for correct year


Send certificate holder lists for update prior to renewal

Update customer list/print balance using new master


Report new claim

Update claim information in EPIC

Send claim information to the insured


Process endorsements

Close activities in EPIC

Invoice Agency Bill

Send insured's copy of endorsement with a letter

Send agent copy of endorsement to file


Request loss runs for all clients


Mail return premium check to insured


Process final audit and monthly audit

Invoice Agency Bill

Send insured's copy of audit with a letter

Scan and attach agent's copy into EPIC


Update drivers list and equipment schedule in EPIC


Enter Cancellation Warning activity into EPIC

Close Cancellation Warning activity (if policy is reinstated)

Cancel policy in EPIC by effective date

Invoice Agency Bill

Send insured letter advising of policy cancellation

Reinstate cancelled policy in EPIC by effective date


Request State Fund Waiver of Subrogation


Check in policies (WC, BOP or AUTO)

Mail renewal letters to clients

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as client and carrier correspondence, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with insurance carriers, clients or employees of organization.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Valid CA Property & Casualty Insurance License Preferred

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Provides Government Property Management to ensure compliance with FAR Clause 52.245-1. * Maintains and ensures Government Property Policies and Procedures are compliant and reflect the process being managed. * Manages and guides all functions of Property Management to include acquisition, records, reports, and contract closure/ termination. * Oversees the preparation of reports, responses to specific contract line item requirements, development of procedures, and provides training to employees for control and monitoring of Government property. * Schedules and reviews inventories audits, and contract closeout operations in accordance with company policy and FAR regulations. * Evaluates all inventory discrepancies, loss/damage reports, and internal audits for the need to implement corrective actions. * Conducts aggressive and proactive internal audits for all functions of property management in accordance with the DoD 4161.2-M Property Manual to ensure that all departments are in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other customer regulations. * Communicates effectively with employees and senior management alike. * Utilizes the Plant Clearance and Reutilization Screening System as well as coordinates efforts with the Defense Contract Management Agency for the proper disposition of Government property including sales, transfers, and demilitarization. * Works directly with the Defense Contract Management Agency representatives during annual audits. * Provides constant support to internal customers, including but not limited to Contracts, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Program Management and Finance. * Maintains Wide Area WorkFlow for the IUIDs per contracts. * Maintains Corporate Capital Assets by tracking after approval through its life cycle. Required Qualifications and Background: * U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) required due to ITAR * Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years Government property background with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Property Management function conducting and supporting Property Control System Analyses for DCMA administered contracts. * Minimum 5 years as a people manager with the demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams. * Advanced knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation part 45, FAR Clause 52.245-1 and the DoD 4161.2-M as they apply to Government material. * Working knowledge of the WAWF and IUID system. * Ability to forecast effective, accurate timelines for project completion is necessary. Must be able to work as an effective public speaker and group leader for training personnel. * Must have a working knowledge of inventory control systems, record keeping techniques, flow-chart creation, procedure writing, Oracle, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Project. * Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
