The Sr Account Analyst's overall objective is to lead the collaborative effort among cross functional teams to ensure that orders are accurately prepared for shipment. The expectation is that each account will be managed accurately while evaluating that the orders are in alignment with financial goals and ensuring that shipments are in accordance with vendor compliance requirements. As the position interacts with a broad range of intercompany departments - including Sales, Order Entry, Logistics, Flow Planning, Global Operations and Hasbro's Far East offices - solid relationships, strong communication skills and acute attention to detail is crucial. This individual will be considered one of the key faces to our internal teams and valued customers, and they are expected to develop and maintain strong connections with these contacts. An ideal candidate will be able to provide recommendations, make decisions, facilitate regular communication and exchange information with various levels of management.

A Day In The Life:

  • Manage domestic orders for highly visible accounts and drive volume through the supply chain process in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Impact the business by directing shipments of import orders in conjunction with the Far East office, Account Replenishment and Flow Planning Teams while meeting customer requirements to maximize revenue.

  • Determine resolutions for purchase order discrepancies by partnering with Far East office, Account Replenishment and the Account/Sales Teams and take the corrective action needed to update the account's system.

  • Track and validate order changes/cancellations and report back to management any loss of revenue.

  • Work closely with Far East office to identify and report risk to the quarter revenue.

  • Manage initiatives to maximize quarter revenue such as Domestic to Import Conversions.

  • Partner with Far East office to help obtain necessary documentation to assist with the processing of payments and the arranging of delivery of shipments (Proforma Invoices, ASTM Reports, Factory Information, Trademark Letters, FDA, and FCC Forms)

  • Formulate, develop, revise, and distribute reporting metrics.

  • Document and update all new business processes related to the import business.

  • Accommodate extended time and responsibilities as the business demands

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business Degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Domestic and Import management including logistics / transportation background

  • Make time sensitive decisions to meet the company's logistical needs

  • Work to deadlines with a strong sense of urgency without compromising quality of work

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent follow up and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Partner effectively as part of a team and achieve individual results

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer centric focus

  • Proficient in SAP

  • Expert in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel

  • Adapt without hesitation to change while operating in a high-pressured environment.

  • This position is a hybrid role. Must be able to come into the Providence, RI office 2-3 time weekly
