As the Squad Leader, you will blend business capability product management expertise with execution of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) money movement & payments strategy. This exciting role will lead a squad that is responsible for the development of a modern digital money movement and payment experience. You will ensure alignment on the "what", "why" and "when" work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will enable squad members to work iteratively and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role. In addition, your responsibilities include:
Deliver Advisor-led, digital-first banking experience integrating cash management, money movement, and payments
Build solution that can be customized for different users (or clients) and consumed by different applications
Create a seamless and simple payment experience for advisors and investors
Integrate outbound payment types (EFT, Wires, Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP), Check Disbursements) into the payment hub
Evaluate new emerging payment types and integrate into the experience as applicable
In this role collaboration is key; you will partner with squads in your product area and across the organization to execute on strategic initiatives: operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and finance. Additionally, you will partner with sales teams and the relationship management organization to capture voice of client to prioritize strategic initiatives.
The Banking Solutions product area's mission is to deliver an advisor led digital-first banking experience. We are dedicated to the intermediary and institutional marketplace, broker dealers and financial advisors. The Fidelity Institutional family includes but is not limited to: Clearing and Custody, Capital Markets, Domain and Platform Technology, Marketing, Data Analytics etc.
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant product development work experience
Proven ability to engage senior business leaders, architects, various stakeholders and identify efficiencies in approaches
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic products and solutions
Proven Agile experience required with Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
Grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and optimally communicate these
Strong focus on execution and identify, communicate, and remove impediments to progress
Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building hard-working teams
Establish and maintain unquestioning relationships as you work collaboratively across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach
Financial services experience, preferred

$126,000 - $169,000 per year
This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
