SQL DBA

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an on-site SQL DBA to join a DoD program supporting the Walter Reed and medical profressionals located in Silver Spring, MD. The SQL DBA will support managing the database on a team of 3 related to disease research information. This position will start fully on-site but will eventually be 4 days on-site with 1 day of telework.

Responsibilities for the SQL DBA include:

• Assist the team with daily engineering and administration of SQL Databases and Servers

• Support the implementation of software and hardware upgrades

• Develop and maintain a SQL Database that feeds data for testing samples

Required Qualifications for the SQL DBA include:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance

• 2+ Years of IT experience woth T-SQL, installing and administering SQL Server databases

• Active IAT II Certification (Sec+, CySa+, or equivalent)

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Databases/SQL Servers

Compensation for the SQL DBA include:

• Salary Range: $110,000-130,000 depending on experience
