SQL Database Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an on-site SQL Database Engineer to join a DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy and USMC located in Quantico, VA. The SQL Database Engineer will support Database engineering efforts for the Marine Corps and work on projects related to SQL database administrtion and Windoes Servers within the enterprise.

Responsibilities for the SQL Database Engineer include:

• Assist the team with daily engineering and administration of SQL Databases and Servers

• Support the implementation of software and hardware upgrades

• Develop and implement systems, oversee storage capacity and performance data, and recommend plans of improvement

Required Qualifications for the SQL Database Engineer include:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance

• 7+ Years of IT experience

• Active IAT III Certification

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Databases/SQL Servers

Compensation for the SQL Database Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $100,000-130,000 depending on experience
