Join our team of experienced technicians as a Sprinkler Foreman! In this role, you will install and repair sprinkler and hose systems, fire mains, underground systems and underground closed valves. Additionally, you will inspect and test systems, repair defective, worn or broken parts, perform National Fire Protection Association inspections and testing on existing systems or new installations.

As a Sprinkler Foreman you will:

• Executing the job duties of a foreman in the company.

• Plan and administer the work of personnel and works in a broad range of commercial/industrial enterprises.

• Administer and supervise the tasks of fitters and technicians.

• Responsible for technicians to reach their monthly goals.

• Ensure that all this is done in agreement with the principles of the company. See to it that Technicians and Fitters of the company follow the codes, standards, rules and regulations of services, company policies and best business practices.

Specifically, you will:

• Holding accountability for meeting the target aims and objectives of the company, specific to the locations, with regard to the processes.

• Planning and strategizing the execution of service.

• Providing backup and aid to new trade plans, programs and possibilities within the company.

• Directing the team on a daily basis.

• Conferring with administration interactions and presentations as needed by the company.

• Ensuring that all task undertakings agree with the federal, state and local codes, standards, laws, rules and existing policies of the company.

• Working with other sections of the company in order to execute a job.

• Monitoring the client matters and settling the same in order to ensure perfectly contented client services.

• Some travel may be required for completing the projects and workings of the company or the clients.

• Carrying out all other assigned jobs and duties of the company effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience working experience in the field of sprinkler install and service.

• 2 years supervisory working experience in the field of sprinkler install/service preferred.

• NICET 2 in Sprinkler preferred.

• Strong, creative, communicative and presentation skills.

• Must be strong goal oriented and should have the ability to respond very effectively.

• Strong administrative, time management and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Able to handle pressures of the job

• Ability to travel overnight as needed.

• Pass pre-employment background and substance abuse screening upon hire and throughout employment.
