Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Associate, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Associate

• Work with our broader sportsbook operations team to ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings on time.

• Ensure that site content, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected.

• Solve complex sportsbook operations problems with a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and sports/sports-betting expertise.

• Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to improve customer experience.

• Partner with analytics on performance recaps of promotions/activity within relevant states and sporting codes.

• Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.

What you'll bring

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.

• Data-driven and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline

• Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will regularly include early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, which includes five days of work with two days off.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $52,000.00 - $78,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
