Sports Management Internship

Job Description Job Description Be part of one of the largest and fastest growing youth sports organizations in the Twin Cities. Learn and experience the many facets of a small, entrepreneurial company in coaching, marketing, operations, general management, human resources, and business development.

Each candidate will have exposure to each area, as well as the responsibility to complete an individual final presentation in their preferred area. This full-time internship meets every week, for 12 weeks (Mid-May-Mid August). Interns are expected to work full-time, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, and Fridays 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. Coach 10-20 hours per week, Mon-Thu 4:30-8:00 daytime camps Mon-Fri Attend Weekly Friday meetings Work independently on self-directed project (10 hours/week) The goal of the internship is to learn more about RevSports and to see if it is a good, longer term, fit for your interest.

Successful interns will experience what has made this organization grow organically, and to the help forecast the future as it looks to expand beyond the Twin Cities Metro. Interns will receive semi-monthly compensation and end of summer performance bonuses. Future employment offers will be made to completed internships that exceed expectations . Total compensation ranges from $3000-$6000 for completed internship and time commitment.
