Overview
PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic, highly collaborative, and creative marketer with a passion for partnership marketing across the Influencer Marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer partnership marketing - including working with talent/agencies, contract negotiation, and communication marketing (advertising, creative development, or PR) - with a bonus of experience working within traditional celebrity talent/entertainment.
This individual must be a consumer-centric marketer who has strong executional skills, can effectively collaborate with and manage cross functional and agency partners, and thrives within a fast-paced environment.
The role sits on the PepsiCo Sports & Entertainment team overseeing partnerships across the Celebrity, Music, Influencer, and Gaming space. As a member of the Entertainment+ team, the role will be responsible for working across the PepsiCo North America portfolio to develop influencer strategies , identify, negotiate and manage partnerships across the influencer ecosystem on behalf of our brands. This role will require a candidate who has flexibility in their role to manage multiple active workstreams and can operate as an owner of their function while leading a strategic point of view across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
